Ali Sonoma was engaged to Diego Sanchez for a few months before they broke up in late 2007 due to conflicting career paths.
Ali became a UFC Octagon girl after she won the Spike reality series UFC Octagon Girl Search 2007. It was while she was an Octagon girl that she met Diego (a UFC welterweight fighter).
A former kickboxer, Ali is one of the few WAGs guaranteed to be able to kick your ass.

Ali was also a contestant on The Mole in the spring of 2008, but she eventually dropped off, picking up $30,000.
