Nicola Tappenden rose to fame when she won The Sun’s first ‘Page 3 Idol’ competition in 2003. The title required her to frequently pose topless for the paper.
Her notoriety earned her a number of other modelling and acting gigs. In 2005 she made her big screen debut in Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo.
As Nicola’s WAG status continued to grow, she earned enough clout to enter (and lose) the Miss Great Britain contest in 2005.
