Louise Redknapp rose to fame in 1993 when she became a founding member of the ultra-popular UK girl band Eternal. When their first record, Always and Forever sold a million and a half copies, a long and successful career for the group seemed inevitable. However, Louise left Eternal two years later to pursue a solo career.
Remarkably, Louise managed to carry her success over to the solo arena. Going only by the name Louise, her first solo album sold over two million copies.
She is set to start work on a new album that she hopes to release in 2008. The new songs will be her first since 2004 — the same year that FHM named her the Sexiest Woman of the Decade.
Jamie is now a sports pundit for Sky Sports, a premier subscription sports brand in the UK.
