Catalina Maya is Adrian Fernandez’s wife.
Adrian is a Mexican racecar (palindromes FTW) driver. He’s mostly run Indy cars, and though he’s had enough success to become a superstar in Mexico, Adrian is probably most remembered for a 1998 crash in Michigan where a tire few off his car and killed three spectators.
Adrian has run a handful of Busch Series races for Hendrick Motorsports, and though he hasn’t had a whole lot of luck behind the wheel, he’s been successful in introducing the sport to Mexican racing fans.
Unfortunately, I don’t know too much about Adrian’s wife.
Catalina is a model (surprise) and she was born in Columbia. Apparently she’s done a lot of work in European campaigns, and hates traveling to the United States.
